What do you shoot with?
I shoot on a Canon 6D Mark II primarily with my 50mm 1.2. I also shoot with my 24mm, and my iPhone when my camera isn't around or I'm too lazy to haul it around!

I'm just getting into photography, what camera do you suggest getting?
I'm all about starting with what you have! If you have an iPhone, practice taking photos with that! If you're willing to spend a little money to invest into photography, a great starter camera is the Canon t6i! It's $600 for everything you need: the camera body, a 18-55 lens, battery, camera strap, and charger. It takes amazing photos and video and I highly suggest it!

Where should I visit in Salt Lake City?
There are so many fun things to do in Salt Lake City, but here are a few ideas! 
Liberty Park, Temple Square, Hop On Hop Off Trolley, Hogle Zoo, Cactus and Tropicals, Ensign Peak, Little Cottonwood Canyon, City Creek and a walk down Main Street.
